Refill your prescriptions without a video call

How it works

No waiting rooms. No video calls. No time off work.

If your condition is stable and you’ve been prescribed these medications before, a doctor can safely renew them from your answers alone.

1

Complete the questionnaire

Select all the medications you need — from our list or typed in yourself — and tell us how you’ve been feeling. You can add a photo of your prescription too. About 5 minutes on your phone.

2

Doctor review — same day

A licensed doctor reviews your request. If anything needs clarifying, the doctor will call you directly. If a refill isn’t safe without a full consult, we’ll book you a video visit instead.

3

Collect your medication

Your e-prescription goes straight to the pharmacy you selected, anywhere in Jamaica or across the Caribbean. You’ll get a WhatsApp confirmation when it’s sent.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to talk to a doctor?

Not usually. For stable, ongoing medications, a doctor can safely renew your prescriptions from your questionnaire answers. If the doctor has any questions, they’ll call you directly. If a refill isn’t safe without a full assessment, we’ll switch you to a video consult and credit your fee toward it.

Can I refill more than one medication?

Yes — select as many as you need in a single request, from our list or typed in yourself. One US$25 fee covers the whole request. The doctor reviews each medication individually.

Do I need my old prescription?

No, but it helps. If you have your prescription or the medication packs handy, you can upload a photo during the questionnaire — it makes the doctor’s review faster and more accurate. If not, just tell us the names and doses.

How fast will I get my prescription?

Most requests are reviewed and approved within 2–4 hours, seven days a week. You’ll receive a WhatsApp confirmation the moment your prescription is sent to your pharmacy.

Which pharmacies can you send it to?

Any pharmacy in Jamaica, and pharmacies across the Caribbean islands MDLink serves. You choose the pharmacy during the questionnaire and pick up your medication as usual.

How much supply will I get?

Where clinically appropriate, the doctor can prescribe up to three months’ supply. For some conditions the doctor may issue a shorter supply and recommend a check-up or lab test before the next refill.

What if my refill is declined?

If the doctor can’t safely approve your refill from your answers, we’ll tell you why and credit your US$25 fee toward a video consultation, where the doctor can assess you properly and prescribe if appropriate.

Can you refill painkillers or sleeping tablets?

No. Controlled and restricted medications — opioid painkillers, benzodiazepines, sleeping tablets, and stimulants — can’t be prescribed through an online questionnaire. This protects you and is required by law.
